The ADHD Parenting Group 

Raising a child with ADHD can sometimes be frustrating, emotionally draining, or overwhelming, as well as enriching and rewarding. This group gives parents tips and tools for parenting a child with ADHD, as well as offers support from others who experience similar challenges. Sessions are free. Call for more information.

Co-Parenting Group

This group is designed to help separated, never married, and divorced parents learn how to communicate, cooperate and co-parent their children, as well as provides support for those experiencing co-parenting challenges. Sessions are free and will resume in August, 2017. Call for more information.
