Shannon is a Clinical Therapist at Reaching Resolution who earned a Master’s Degree in Human Development and Family Studies at the University of Connecticut. In her free time, Shannon loves to go running and spend time with her fiancé, two cats, and a dog.
Shannon has a passion for helping teens and young adults work through their anxiety, depression, and low self-esteem issues. She has a background in providing home-based treatment to at-risk youth.
In addition, Shannon facilitated group therapy for children and teens in crisis on an adolescent inpatient unit. She is also a Gottman trained couple’s therapist.
