Dr. Tracy Masiello, PhD, LCMHCS, CDC, is the founder and president of Reaching Resolution, where she unites seasoned clinical practice with forward-thinking training for fellow professionals. A licensed clinical mental health counselor supervisor, certified divorce coach, state-certified superior and district court mediator, parenting coordinator, and nationally certified Parent-Child Interaction Therapist.

Dr. Masiello draws on her doctorate in psychology, with concentrations in counseling and developmental psychology, to provide warm, evidence-based care for children with ADHD, Oppositional Defiant Disorder, and other behavioral or emotional challenges, as well as adults and families navigating separation or divorce.

At the same time, she serves the wider profession as an approved continuing-education provider, clinical supervisor for newly licensed clinicians, and successful group-practice owner, delivering the only comprehensive Reunification Therapy Certification Program in the field. Her trainings are practical and experience-based because she remains an active clinician, seamlessly blending clinical expertise with business acumen to help therapists elevate both client outcomes and practice sustainability.

A recipient of multiple federal research grants with findings published across leading journals, books, and reviews, Dr. Masiello sits on the editorial board of the Journal of Social, Behavioral and Health Sciences and reviews for the Association for Play Therapy’s Play Magazine. She maintains active memberships in the American Psychological Association, American Counseling Association, Association for Play Therapy, Association of Family and Conciliation Courts, and the North Carolina Bar Association. Outside the office, you’ll likely find her trail-riding on horseback, playing with her dogs, or enjoying time with family—daily reminders of the resilience she helps cultivate in others through her clinical work and trainings.
